Screensaver not working after playing.

Product: Battlefield 2042
Platform:PC

Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu

Summarize your bug After exiting the game my PC's screensaver won't go back on. I have it set to go into screensaver after 20 mins of non use. it's been 4 hours and it hasn't gone into it. This happened during the beta.The only way to get it back is if you reboot
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Set your screensaver for 20 mins of non use Play the game then exit or crash and wait 20 mins
What happens when the bug occurs? The screensaver doesn't activate
What should be happening instead? screensaver should work

    Did you ever solve this?  I am having the exact issue...  GTX4060 Intel i7-14700F.  A reboot fixes it until I play again...

    No I have not (besides the reboot after playing). It even did it during the Battlefield 6 beta.

    Well, I'm having the same problem, I don't even need to play anything. Just open EA app and screensaver does not kick in. If I go to screensaver settings, disable and enable it, it starts working again, even with EA app still running.
