@WebWireMate, my server has been stuck in the browser screen for around 6 days now.
Can’t take it down,, can’t join it and I can’t run any other servers while it’s jammed in the browser.
I’m literally locked out of the game.
I’ve been reporting this constantly since it happened.
Not one reply or acknowledgment from anyone from EA/Dice on this forum.
I contacted EA by phone only to end up with some muppet who talked over me, told me to call Sony and then hung up on me.
This game is a disaster.
I have spent countless hours putting together and testing some 15 portal servers.
I have a solid following of people that love my servers (their words).
Now none of us can play the game.
I’ve just about reached my limit.
If someone from Dice could just put their crayons down for ONE MINUTE and reset the servers, I’m sure it will solve the issue.
If this issue turns out to be a more complicated problem, then this game is in serious trouble.

We experienced several issues with our Battlefield 2042 server in the Oceania region, including ping spikes and rubber banding, difficulty finding and accessing the server, duplication of server instances, and Error 12:300 1J:4C trying to take down Portal server.
What was happened:
1. My server got ping spikes and rubber banding (only my server, not other servers) - first weird sign. This was happened often before the 3.2 patch and was "fixed" temporary by restarting the server.
2. So I had to restart it and created another instance. During the course of creating a new one it said "PERSONAL QUOTA EXCEEDED..." something while the server has been confirmed to shut down successfully, so I proceeded clicking the create button multiple times.
3. The server ended up being created anyway, but there was no one join even after 10 minutes. This is weird and I will explain to you why it is unusual below.
4. Our server was having nearly 128 players at that time (we are the most popular Portal community in OCE for almost a year now), so obviously there will be player joining in after I restarted it. But still there was not any.
5. I had to get back to the "browser" menu and rejoin. What surprised me was that there are already 40 players playing when I rejoin! It was some sort of multi-dimensional world or something as I was alone (1/128) for like 10 minutes.
6. Further investigation revealed that my server has completely disappeared from the browser. Those 40 players were the hardcore players who search the server by literally typing the name "New Era", as it was the Only way to find it.
7. Secondly, what is ridiculous is that now the browser shows I am having two servers, created by a single person (that is me), one of which has 1/128 and the other has 0/128 (thats why people did not join)
8. I did not know what to do so I proceeded take it down again. Guess what? Error 12:300 1J:4C trying to take down Portal server. Now I am stuck with two "instances" that I have no control.
Please, the team please spend sometime to help us solve this issues. We have suffered from:
1. Rubber banding, ping spikes, server crashes
2. People could not find the server, could not follow the server
3. Stuck, duplicated instances, cannot take down server or use admin functions
It is jeopardizing our server and it is really hurting us who are spending our time and effort trying to build up the community. This is Not Fair for us to suffer a malfunctioned function.

Happening again. Definitely a server hack/hijack. Did the clearing of cookies/cache like last time but to no avail. Last time it worked. I was able to kick disruptive players for the first few hours. Then some new players joined and I wasn't able to anymore. One of the player is suspected of using aimbot. He/she came in and I wasn't able to kick/ban them.

No updates at this time to the game. Always cleared cookies on browser after updates happen as suggested like last time. Was able to play fine all week long including yesterday.
