Error 12:4C when trying to Take Down Portal Server

So today my jammed server is still on the browser screen.

Still no response from any EA person on this forum.

EA helpline were useless.

So I deleted game and reinstalled.

Retrieved all my game data.

Opened gane.

Failed to connect to EA servers.

Tried again.

Failed to connect to EA servers.
Tried again.

Failed to connect to EA servers.

Closed game.

Tried again.

Connected to EA servers.

Went to Portal Browser screen.

My old server is STILL jammed on the browser screen.

It’s been 4 or 5 days now.

WHAT THE ACTUAL #!?% IS GOING ON WITH THIS GAME?!?!

Much more of this and I will take the game disc and burn it out back.

Checked the server browser screen again today.

PS5, UK

MY SERVER IS STILL JAMMED ON THE BROWSER!!!!


It’s been like this for like 6 days now!

Literally can’t play the game because of this.

EA/ Dice, any chance of you sorting this out or is it just easier for you to lose more players rather than doing something simple like, oh I don’t know, resetting your servers?!?!

    @creepnpeep did ya a hard shutdown of your console ? Hold down power button for 10 seconds.
    Then disable power at your modem/router for about 1 minute.
    Repower your modem/router and wit till its online again.
    Then startup console ! Post your results please !

      @Rokebo73 Hi mate,
      I did this the other day.
      Shut down console, removed cables, then rebooted and cleared cache.
      I even deleted the game and reinstalled it.
      Did nothing.

      This is an issue with the game, not hardware.

        It’s EA or DICE that needs to pull their cables and reboot, not us
