i can't play battlefield 2042, on my xbox series x in the gamer room, i get this error code 1:3300J:2003I i'm trying to uninstall it, tried to reset my xbox, have also tried with another acc and it...

    @FoggyPWC @WpBMagikGT1980 so removing my console from the alpha skip ahead phase worked! I’m finally able to play season 2! Kind of sad we had to do that! But at least it’s fixed!

@dpopey @EA_Atic did you try this prior to season 2 or like myself have you just purchased the full game? Wondering if it is a bug introduced with the latest patch?

@EA_Atic any advice or updates please? Currently myself and a number of other users cannot use the product we have paid for.   All other games including EA titles are fine so it isn't a wifi or Internet issue and as @dpopey has established this seems to be a licencing bug between the trial and physical version of the game?
