Are the disconnects happening on console or PC?
Is Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) enabled on your home router? It's worth a try, if it doesn't work you can turn UPnP back off.
PC. And it only happens when the Cross Play is enabled. Of course you can only play it enabled, as there are 6 people total on all their servers combined. If UPNP is the issue it wouldn't work to begin with. This is likely to one of their services, most likely some mismatch of the EAC on PC and Console. Disconnect is definitely initiated from their servers, but I've tried re-installing and repairing the game an EAC. My next option is just to apply for a job at EA, so I can fix their stuff...
