So this erorr code came up after quite some time being prompted with this DirectX error: "GetDeviceRemoveReason faiuled with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG ("The GPU will not respond to more commands") GP...

To resolve DNS issues, follow these steps: First, run Command Prompt as an administrator. Then, type ipconfig/displaydns and press Enter, followed by ipconfig/flushdns to clear the DNS cache. After closing the Command Prompt, restart your PC. That should to the trick.
