Error code: 1:86001S:66003S:-8917511980:08 on ps4

Hey can anyone help me with the Error code: 1:86001S:66003S:-8917511980:08 ive had this problem before ive had this problem before but I've had problems with my ps4 and i jad to factory reset it and i could play after but im not gonna do that again. Is there another way to solve this issue?
