error code 25/createfile failed with 32

Hey there, so this is my last hope on trying to play battlefield hopefully someone can help me. 

First, I'm getting 2 different errors, well 3 if you count it starting twice every single time, then it gives me the "another launcher is already running"; when I try to start the game from the origin app. The first error is "error code 25" and the second error is "createfile failed with 32" 

Now for the steps I've done personally along with some help from the EA chat

Uninstalled and reinstalled Origin, Battlefield, EAC, and drivers. Deleted the ".sys" file for EAC, I disabled my antivirus on windows and Kaspersky, did a cold boot, disabled all of my OC on my pc.
