Cant play the new battlefield it won't connect keep saying close and retry error code is 1:4688822970:20031 what do I do help please thanks

Tried starting up battlefield 2042 on Xbox seris S and this error code popped up. Tried restarting game. Didn't work anyone else having this issue. Nothing wrong with internet connection. I checked ea account and no bans.
