I try but still have a same problem , I reinstall EA App , reinstall game and Reset Windows but not working

Had this issue on the ROG Ally, and here's how I fixed it after dealing with it for over 1 year and not being able to play FC24 at all.1. Uninstall EA APP and reinstall it in default location2. Move Game files to default path and "redownload", this will detect the game and repair game files3. Uninstall any other Anti-Cheat (mine was Easy Anti-Cheat EOS from Epic Games)4. Create exclusions in the windows security (Privacy & Security > Virus and Threat Protection > Manage settings > Exclusions: - - C:\Program Files\EA\AC - - C:\Program Files\EA Games5. Go to each of the EA Anti-Cheat locations listed below and add the Certificate manually <---- THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT-- Right click > Properties > Digital Signatures > Highlight Electronic Arts one > Details > View Certificate > Install Certificate-- This goes for the following paths (6 total):---- "C:\Program Files\EA\AC\EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe"---- "C:\Program Files\EA\AC\EAAntiCheat.GameService.dll"---- "C:\Program Files\EA Games\<The EA Game You're trying to play>\EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe"---- "C:\Program Files\EA Games\<The EA Game You're trying to play>\EAAntiCheat.GameService.dl"---- "C:\Program Files\EA Games\<The EA Game You're trying to play>\_installer\EAAntiCheat\EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe"---- "C:\Program Files\EA Games\<The EA Game You're trying to play>\_installer\EAAntiCheat\EAAntiCheat.GameService.dll"6. Run EA App and the game as admin for good measure.7. EnjoyAgain, this took 1 year to find out. I really hope it helps someone out.

I had this issue too, i did everything like using DISM++, updating Windows, restarting my computer, reinstalling EA anticheat, validating game files, reinstalling the EA app, uninstalling possibly problematic software, but yet it turned out installing it on my C drive instead of my F drive fixed it. Such * i had to waste 10 hours troublshooting this because their stupid anti cheat doesnt like being installed on a different drive.

Hello, I came to the forum after asking for help directly from support.

When I launch the game, I have an EA Anticheat error (7) 🏀 and 115 (See attached image)
I have tried absolutely everything and found no solution.

Recently, support told me to wait for a patch due to a RAM memory leak due to the anticheat. Today this problem is resolved but my problem persists, so I guess it wasn't that.

Please I need help

@maciol42 Honestly get a refund if you can, If you don't manage to figure out what program is giving you the error you'd just get banned anyways. Ask me how I know that.

Bump, having this issue. I've stopped so many programs running on my pc that it's closer to a fresh install of windows at this point yet I still receive error 115. Do not know what to do, literally just want to play. I’ve had zero issues with EasyAnticheat and now all of a sudden my friends and i want to get back into the game and Im having issues.
