Error while logging in after being gone for 1+ year

I've been gone from the game for over a year and decided to play again now that I have a new PC build.

I downloaded the game through Steam with a monthly subscription. I also have the EA game launcher installed. When I try to play the game through either one I get the same Pop Up from EA saying:

"There's been an error. Try resetting your password and restarting your game. You can now close this window"

I follow the link provided by the popup and I have reset my password. Still nothing. I close the window and try to relaunch through the desktop icon, Steam platform, and EA launcher and they all bring me to the same Pop Up error window. I have googled the error message and have tried clearing cache and validating my files through steam and nothing helps. It also says to contact EA support but I don't see anywhere on this site that offers support/contact us.
