Every Update Patch Fails

Ever since the game have released, every single patch that was released fails to get installed with the exact same error below

It's been a full download / reinstall every single time

So lets start off by doing the "have you done these questions"

1) Have you rebooted - YES

2) Have you reinstalled Origin - YES

3) Have you tried Origin as Administrator - YES

4) Have you uninstalled Origin and Removed all the files - YES

5) Is Origin folder excluded from AV - YES

6) Is your Visual Studio up to date - YES

6) Is your drivers up to date - YES

7) Is Windows up to date - YES

I don't know whom or which developer needs to look at this, but please make them aware of it as every ticket i submitted is "resolved" which is a load of BS
