    @haim85

Bluescreen issues are outside of the scope of support we provide here as they generally indicate an issue outside of our games.

    Some general troubleshooting steps:

Make sure all available Windows Updates and hardware driver updates are installed
Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

    Thanks.

I don't update Windows 10 and everything works, also it's not a problem of not having the latest patch, I haven't updated my Windows 21H1 for 6 months now, I think it's the fault of badly installed drivers or some faulty version. I for example on Nvidia driver version 545.84 had blue screens no matter what game I run (random blue screen occurred) . Download the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website, save them somewhere on your desktop or somewhere where you can easily find the installer, and follow what I described under post #293 (link below). This should help. If you installed all the drivers using Windows Update, that's probably why you're getting something off now. If the culprit is mis-installed GPU drivers then this method I described in post #293 will solve the problem, if it's a bug on the motherboard driver side then you have a bigger problem and are probably facing a system format, well unless someone has another idea on how to fix the motherboard drivers.

Three things that cause system lockup blue screens.

    Overheating CPU.

    Overheating GPU.

    Weak or defective PSU.

You can try an older driver if you are on a nVidia card roll back to the 537.58 and try again. Make sure all chipset drivers and other drivers are up to date. I had an issue with XMP in the past, you can try disabling this and see if stability improves. What fixed XMP for me was a MB BIOS update.

  • I confirm, the bios update fixes the problem with the XMP profile of the Ram, although I did it at a service, I prefer not to play with the bios flash myself 🙂

What kind of PSU do you have, maybe you actually have too weak a PSU for your components which causes it to lose voltages and the computer loses stability . Download a program (Or ask a friend or order a computer service to do it for you if you are afraid of damaging something.) to stress test your computer, which will load the processor, ram and GPU at the same time, if during this test there is a blue screen or computer crashes, then load first the processor only, then the graphics of the computer and finally the RAM. if nothing happens during the stress tests of individual components, it means that you have too weak power supply.

But before you start to play around with stress tests, maybe just blowing the inside of your computer of dust xd ? Possibly you have a heavily dusty computer inside and something is just overheating inside ?

@EA_BarryYou may not have understood me, it's hard for a game not for a computer
    My English is not good!
The problem is exiting the game when I finish playing the computer crashes and then do a reset
Sometimes it's also a blue screen! It happens when I finish a game always !

I found a solution here but it keeps doing it and it shows errors with I don't return it to the convenient state

From what I can see, you can still overclock the CPU on this PSU, but it's better not to overclock the CPU and the graphics card at the same time, your PSU may not make it 🙂 1000 watts would be ideal. For your peace of mind, do a stress test of the whole computer if no one has done it for you before (without overclocked components of course, well unless you currently have something overclocked then do it with the current OC). Remember, you never save on the power supply, the same way you don't save on the motherboard and processor (you have a very good processor) 🙂 You can buy a graphics card & other comonents later if the budget is not enough .

Think about buying another 16 gb of ram (to make the total 32 gb) - only you have to buy the same ram (in the sense with the same HZ and CLbut preferably the same pair of ram you have if it is still available on the market)

PS: Next time try to close BF2042 by Alt+F4 it can by helpfully, because ALT+F4 make close app by Windows, not by Game/Program scrypt which can by faulty.

Second way to close BF2042 is by use Task Manager

    1. Click Ctrl+Alt+Del

    2. Choose Task Manager

    3. mark ,,Always on top''

    4. Go to Details, search BF2042.exe and lick End Task in in the bottom right corner.

    GL

The reset button is really a last resort, unless you don't care about not damaging your system then you can do it up to 100 times a day.

If i helped please give me xp.
