Experiencing a black screen during match loading,then being returned to the menu

Hi,

I've been playing the game for about a week. Initially, everything was fine, but then I encountered an issue. When loading for a match, I'm placed in a "looking for game" queue. Once a game is found and the countdown ends, instead of entering the match, I receive a black screen. About 15 seconds later, I'm redirected back to the Main Hub menu. I had this issue both before the update(02.28.24) and after.

Initially, checking file integrity in Steam resolved the issue, but now it's ineffective. I can repeatedly check game integrity without starting the game, and Steam reports "3 files failed to validate and will be reacquired" (24.9 mb).

Nothing has changed in either the game settings or Windows since I was last able to play the game. 

I've tried the following solutions, but none have worked:

• Clearing both EA and Steam cache
• Repairing EA
• Uninstalling and reinstalling EA Anticheat
• Running as an administrator
• Performing a clean boot
• Dism++ cleanup
