Exposure map crash after latest game update
Hello, after the latest game update I cannot play anymore on Exposure map (no matter the game mode) because it's constantly crashing with the same error at loading screen. Even solo/coop and Portal d...
Fixed by manually deleting BF2042 shared cache located at:
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\BattlefieldGameData.kin-release.Win32\cache
To my understanding it happens when updating AMD drivers, they will reject old cached pipelines from old drivers.
Also Radeon Software cannot delete BF2042 shader cache because it's not located in the default cache directory (C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\AMD\DxCache)
