Failed to Launch Game - Double - check your connection, or try again later

I have installed BF2042 on the EA App (EA Play via Xbox Gamepass). When I attempt to launch I am presented with this I have re-installed the game, re-installed the EA App, ensured all executables ...

@Jacksax22 It may be worth noting that medal of honour pacific assault launches perfectly fine from the EA app

@Jacksax22 also, I have disabled as many background programs as possible. And attempted to launch from the executables in the game directory.
