Fix Anti-Vehicle rocket pods

The 127 mm rocket pods (anti vehicle) on the Draugr make no damage effect on any air vehucles when hitting their tail ends. Specifically, both US & Russian jets ends or a Condors.

 In order to damage the opponent, you must target them while turning so you can land a strike on top of their vehicle or below—never from behind.
