Just increasing your RAM clock is the big thing here, BF2042 takes to faster RAM clock speed like a fish to water.
Enabling XMP profile in bios is not same as ram overclocking 🙂
but even after that dont forget to monitor ram , vccsa and vccio voltages
on some motherboards after enabling xmp it will raise way too high and can cause cpu to heat more
p.s all that op post is just placebo and does not boost your framerate to more stable 40 fps !
@uz_bolderaju XMP enables ram overclocking, combined with 'Memory Try It!" I would say it's "overclocking for noobs" because you don't have to play with voltages, timings etc.
Also this post is nor placebo, every point in that tutorial makes your PC work faster, not just for the game. If you still thinks it is then as my PC how it feels after what I done 🙂 It's not like every step adds me +10 fps, but it still makes a little change slightly increasing CPU or Windows performance. And sa I said not every point will work for everyone, I know that because I spoke with few friends while I was helping them(before I make this post)
Because I notice just RAM overclocking works for most players, I decide to write big red information about that. So not everyone have to spend hour to make all that changes
