fix the profile issue on scoreboard

i have said before, u can't be doing report well as the profile issue . they keep change actively in scoreboard, when u check someone that u want to report cheatin, it will change due to actively update score , if u didn't type any description , it may not a issue to u, but if not , it is . u dont want to send out a report on a player who are not the one u are going to report cheating.
