do you really have to have problems today? I downloaded bf after a year's break and wanted to play something... and there was an error, I wasted 2 hours downloading...
I had a similar but different experience than others here.
Maybe the info will help you guys fix it.
Yesterday I kept getting another error:
Unable to connect 1:86001S:66003S:-10571258760:0B
The only thing that seemed to (temporarily) fix it was checking and repairing the game files via steam.
It always said it found "3 files" to re-download after every error.
Then the game worked, but only for about 15 mins. I didn't even try to join a match, it just appeared again when I was on the main menu.
The first time the error appeared, I was inside a game (Non-Portal TDM, Europe).
I tried rebooting my pc and router, that didn't affect anything.
Today I'm getting a different error, the one this thread is about:
