I have same experience. error code above.
But, after closing and restarting EA App, I can connect server.
I had a similar but different experience than others here.
Maybe the info will help you guys fix it.Yesterday I kept getting another error:
Unable to connect 1:86001S:66003S:-10571258760:0BThe only thing that seemed to (temporarily) fix it was checking and repairing the game files via steam.
It always said it found "3 files" to re-download after every error.
Then the game worked, but only for about 15 mins. I didn't even try to join a match, it just appeared again when I was on the main menu.
The first time the error appeared, I was inside a game (Non-Portal TDM, Europe).I tried rebooting my pc and router, that didn't affect anything.
Today I'm getting a different error, the one this thread is about:
1:86001S:85003S:13C:-13561655840Ryzen 7 2700X
1070 Ti
16G DDR4 RAM
Installed on SSD via Steam
200mbps fiber optic connectiontried reinstalling didn't help, waisted 5 hrs
Same issue. I'm trying to connect via Xbox app. I haven't installed the game on my Laptop but I'm launching it via the Cloud Botton on the Xbox app dashboard
- @1mpuzzled about 2 hours ago I've restarted my pc then repaired game and it worked but now it's not working but I think this solution worth a try
repair option downloads a 40mb file but I'm still having the same issue
Starting the EA app as admin fixed the issue for me
My solution was simply to sign out of ea app then sing back in.
