[FIXED] Game freezing and frame stutters on PC since Oct. 23rd

you are not alone....It's bugging me for the last 10 mins

Same here. Tried repairing, then rebooting my PC. Nothing. Updated my drivers a couple of days ago. 3070 here.

Matches freezing every minute or so for five seconds or so then starts up again…on occasion kicking me out. Have read many threads with other people having the same issue. Have tried every fix possible and cannot fix it. Playing on pc. Makes the game unplayable. Please fix it.

Game is freezing hard every 10-20 seconds. It lowers FPS to almost zero. It happens even vs bots.

I have a Ryzen 5900X, RTX 3060 Ti, 16 Gb RAM, 1 Tb NVME, running game at 1440p.

Game was running just fine yesterday, I have done NO UPDATES.

I am getting same thing, freeze for a few seconds every minute or so. Then there is severe input stutter between

@EA_Leeuw, I assume the Devs are aware? As added info, I am chatting online with a buddy and we are both getting these freeze moments. CFT goes from 5 to 170 and back, he is hitting 195. This bug / flaw is causing PCs to stutter, and not just in game. While typing this with the game minimized, its freezing my browser. Whatever back end BS Dice / EA just did is affecting the actual PC man, this is crazy. Did not start with S6, started yesterday / today depending on time zone. The clues are all there (just froze again while typing this.) Help. I can DM you a dxdiag I ran during the game. Running Performance Monitor, shows GPU usage drops to 0. Buddy shot screenshot I can send you.

Same for me, i was able to play  without any trouble, but today i have huge freezes for 5-10 second every 1 or 2 min, the whole screen freeze and my pc too, then the game come back 
i can feel a little input lag on my mouse just before the freeze appear.
Please fix this, its so frustrating

I try everything like reinstalling, updating gpu drivers etc...  and nothing work

ryzen 7 7800x3d
4070 ti 
32gb 6000mhz

My games freeze and I get kicked out of the game with the message "Error. Player removed from game. Player disconnect timed out".  I play on the PC.  I made sure everything is updated including the Nivida drivers.   I can play TitanFall2 no probably,  Everything with BF2042 was fine just yesterday.

Same thing happening to me, haven't played since season 2, bad look for them when i had a glimmer of hope that this game was alive and well again....

This is very bad and game is unplayable, please fix asap, its not just minority facing this problem.
