Foliage flickering after patch

@NBKTHE1 The flickering does stop indeed when I stand still. Ye I figured it's not related to my hardware nor settings etc. we will see. Pretty much done playing Battlefield for now.
@RetroBitPixel 🙂 next time it does it, i'll play with the settings and see what one could be the cause.
