For the love of god, PLEASE fix the vehicle respawn cooldown timer!

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Select a vehicle and crash or die in it
What happens when the bug occurs? The cooldown timer for vehicles doesn't display like it use to in earlier patches.
What should be happening instead? There should be a 1:30 mins cooldown timer for the vehicles you select after a crash or vehicle destruction.

For the love of god, please please please bring back the vehicle cooldown timer after a crash or destruction of the vehicle you selected in the vehicles menu.
