FOV bug persisting after the 8.4.1 update

Platform: PC (Steam)

System: RX 6800 XT, Ryzen 5800X3D, 32GB DDR4 3600mhz, 2TB NVME Gen 4 SSD

The FOV is zoomed in after being revived or climbing ladders. Also seems to occur when using Zain's XM370A air burst ability. I need to either swap my weapons or ADS zoom in and out to return back to the original FOV.

The issue has been persisting for months and I understood that it was supposed to be fixed in the 8.4.1 update, but at least for me, it has not.

I have tried verify integrity of game files on Steam and deleted all the cache files to no avail.

Please look into fixing this issue ASAP, thank you.
