FPS and GPU usage drops when friends join in my Squad/Party

As the title says, when I'm playing alone, I have normal FPS and GPU usage, but when friends join my Squad/Party, the game starts to stutter like crazy and it's barely playable, I lose around 20-40 f...

I see everyone complaining about this AND join black screen/etc issues and have also narrowed it down to WHEN I AM IN PARTY WITH HOMIE.

It is fine when playing alone.

EA always just answers with try and reinstall blah blah blah but they clearly messed the networking up with their update last month and need to stop blaming other people.
