How the CPU utilized in task manger when playing?

The CPU load is mostly arround 20-30% & nothing changed with less core activated.
I also should say there was previously an issue with L3 cache on AMD plattaforms with Windows 11
But that was fixed by the new chipset driver & updates which I already installed.

unfortunately the Update doesn't change anything.

i am not sure if there is a connection but when battlefield is running my keyboard does not always respond to all keys
(this never happens before)

Before my CPU was nearly always in the red / orange range, now this happens much less often & the game is runing much smoother.
