FPS statistics shows that my CPU is the bottleneck (24/48 Core) on Windows 11

@krankes_etwas  Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have? 

How the CPU utilized in task manger when playing?

i am not sure if there is a connection but when battlefield is running my keyboard does not always respond to all keys
(this never happens before)
