@sk1lld my %cpu is still working at normal 60-70%, only my %gpu is dropping suddenly, that makes my game drop in fps. I always set the graphics level low.
No excessive dust, nothing overheating? I ask because it sounds like the GPU is throttling, maybe because the i5 10400F is not considered a powerful CPU for gaming or because excessive heat somewhere.
Try different GPU drivers to see if it helps, make sure chipset drivers and BIOS "If you are comfortable updating it" are up to date.
