Same issue here as well. I will be running fine and then will hit a few micro stutters and it's always my CPU going into the red. Changing the graphics setting to all low made no difference.

Also to note I had no issues in the beta. Ran fine at high settings.
Yeah it wasn't amazing for me in beta but full launch the performance dropped hard even more so.
