You could try to wipe/delete the cache dir of BF2042. It s located here C:\Users\YourUsername\Battlefield2042\cache.
- 4 years ago@Flakstar Hello, I tried clearing the cache now, still the game starts at 6fps ☹️

Did you try the Origin repair/check files function for BF2042 or to redownload/reinstall the game? Maybe todays update corrupted the game files.
Another option is a clean GFX driver reinstallation with DDU. I doubt it ll solve the issue, since in case of a driver problem, other games shouldnt working properly too and these are working fine according to your post.

- 4 years ago@Flakstar Hi, I tried with the DDU. But still game starts at 6fps. I have modern warfare, Halo infinite as well, they run perfectly. Only bf2042 has this issue. I really love this game even it's buggy it's so much fun. So please, if there's anyother solution available to fix it, please help. Thankyou
- 4 years ago@xChristophurx This game is cancer and my FPS also tanked after update. I’ve decided to just quit now. Spent so long trying to get it working so I can just play normally. Starting to feel like a full time job now and I’ve already got one of those.
