Free Pass Progression Bug

I have this bug that keeps happening where I'll earn tokens for the pass, only for next game the game just... Forgot about the progress? So I got 4 tokens from the match, and then I complete the next, and I'm suddenly missing 3 of those tokens?? Not only that, but the animation shows that I lost ALL of them, and it just gives me 5 to complete the tier. Like??? This is so weird and inconsistent, and I feel like I might be half way done if I wasn't getting absolutely robbed here.
