The same problem, exactly as in the second video. Appeared after the last patch. Haven't had any problems in the past year. There is nothing like this in other games. Clearing the cache, reinstalling the game, updating the video card drivers, playing with the video settings didn't work. My system: 12700k, RTX 4080, 32 Gb memory, ssd, internet 100 Mb/s. Please help.

PS: do this first
SFC - Windows Health Check and MEM check
Press Windows key + 'R' ,typ CMD
Press and hold down CTRL + SHIFT and press ENTER.
When User Account Control shows up, click Yes.
Use the following command lines, pressing Enter after each
(make sure you wait till each of the commands is executed properly):sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealthDid ya guys all did test with cleanboot already ?
Make sure youre bios is up to date !!!!
Windows is 100% up to date ?
Ya got GPU and chipset driver ands other system drivers up to date ? (Some needed to downgrade GPU driver to fix their issue!!!)
(after update reboot and test game)
Make sure there is no other software booting with windows (gameplatforms, discord ,onedrive, overlays ect ect ect)
Still an issue? disconnect ALL hardware (when pc is shutdown)
Only keep 1 mouse , 1 headset and 1 monitor connected (NO CONTROLLERS , EXTERN, USB , DACS , HUBS ect ect ect ect)
Bootup system, if ya disconnected hardware , windows will modifiy config.
Now reboot again and test game.Problem not solved?
Shutdown pc and detach powercable.
Noiw press and hold down ON/OFF (power) button from pc for about 20 seconds.Plugin powercable and bootup system.
Youre motherboard/cpu will now autom. train youre memory (at most mb this will take extra time to bootup systen and run windows)Test game
Problem still not fixed ?
Enter bios , in the EXIT MENU you will see LOAD OPTIMIZED DEFAULTS / RESET CMOS <--- depends onm mb brand/typ
So load optimized defaults / reset cmos (bios)
All settings will be set to default.
Any XMP/EXPO setting and other bios settings ya did modifiy before will; be set to default.
Do not modify bios settings, just select EXIT AND SAVE , select YES
Now test game with default settings.1. Still an issue , OC memory only in bios, save and test game
2. If needed OC cpu after yas did 1. first , now test game
3. Check for reziseable bar if this enable if ya did 2. first , now test game
4. Still an issues after 3. Sometimes ya need to disable onboard hardware, GPU thats in youre cpu for example, now test game
Update us , just follow those steps one by one, NOT ALL AT ONCE !
Keep up youre log what ya did and what the results are. post them here thanksCheers

My problem disappeared on 16.05, after a week-long update. Just as inexplicable as it appeared. Nothing changed in the system either before it appeared or before it disappeared. I tried most of the things from your guide - the problem remained. My opinion: the problem is not in our systems.
