Full Auto weapons can not shoot 1 bullet at a time

@JaredMoore6 If you aim down sight and press down on the d pad it will flick the gun to single shot

I understand this, but this is an issue with full auto. Switching into single fire mode doesn't fix the issue. Full auto should not perform this way in my opinion. As I mentioned before I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but it really doesn't sit well with me.
