Fullscreen bug (multiple gpu cards)

@EA_Atic Can confirm that this is also an issue on FIFA 22.
@EA_Atic I have 3 GPUs (not in SLI), 1070, 3070 and a 3070ti. I have a display connected to the 3070ti, the other ones are connected using risers and are solely used for mining.
When I start either BF2042 or FIFA 22, the game seems to put load on the 1070, which is not connected to a display.
So what I get is a windowed screen with low frame rate and I can't fullscreen (all the display settings in-game are greyed out).
What does work is to go into device manager and disable every display adapter except the one I want to run the game on, in my case the 3070ti.
This seems to be the case also if you just have one GPU and the Intel UHD Graphics display adapter is enabled.
