You use an AMD FX-8350, this is a CPU from 2012, and back in 2012 this was a 130$ Low- to Mid range budged CPU.
Singe thread 8 core CPU. The power of the FX-8350 can be compared to a 2018 Intel i3-8300.

    RX 5500XT
This is a AMD mid range card fron 2019, this "can be okay" for 1080p low settings.

    RAM Setup
And you use 24GB RAM, that means you maybe have a weird configuration.
So you don't use dual channel memory Setup. This can slowing the CPU down in some scenarios.
If i remember correctly the AMD FX-8350 uses dual channel, not tripple, not quad.
Yes, this "can work", but is not optimal.

    For example you would use:

    Dual channel memory: 2x4GB (8GB), 2x8GB (16GB) or 2x16GB (32GB), 2x...
    Quad channel memory: 4x2GB (8GB), 4x4GB (16GB), 4x8GB (32GB), 4x....

    so....

Your PC is basically below the minimum recommended Hardware requirements for Battlefield 2042.
So you cant expect it to run well, when they write on the website that it wont run well.
They have the recommendation listed on the website, you can read it, you bought the game anyway. The "beta" was out, you could test it. And you can check youtube for similar setups.

You can check out youtube and see what performance others get, before you buy the game when its still bugged on released, like every other game.
