@LinruatI'm guessing you missed this post a month ago where I said I was finally able to reproduce the bug.

Thank you though for all the other issues you highlighted. Lot's of issues with lock ons and the game won't be working properly until these are fixed.
Another PC Player here with approx 500hrs+ in the game.
Can confirm this occasionally happens to me as well and makes aircraft virtually unlockable with any half decent pilot. I just leave game and join a new one and its working normally again.
