FXM Doesn't Track

Since about 2 weeks ago I've noticed a significant uptick in FXM33 missiles not tracking their locked in targets. I wouldn't be upset if I saw countermeasures but I'm talking 9/10 missiles flying off, making random jagged patterns in the sky then exploding without ever tracking toward the target.
