Somehow you broke the ability to swap primary and secondary weapons to the mouse scroll wheel. It won't properly accept the binds, and when you press ESC to get out of it, it now has ESC bound to weapon swap. So, if I ever want to swap to my primary weapon I have to press ESC twice. This is the first truly game-breaking thing I've encountered.
I tried submitting this as a bug report, but that seems broken right now as well.
I know to hold ESC to clear it. That was my whole issue I was trying to explain. Holding ESC *WOULDN'T* clear it. It would end up mapping ESC to the control.
PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes, when on PC, instead of saying "Hold ESC to clear" it would say " Hold XBOX Menu Button to clear." That's the button with 3 horizontal lines. So, CLEARLY, there are some glitches here.
In any event, it seems to have righted itself, as it's sort of working now. HOWEVER, the way it is now, if I use the scroll wheel to swap back after using one of my gadgets it always goes to my secondary and NOT my primary. This has gotten me killed numerous times. How do I have to set it so that it switches back to my primary no matter what?

EDIT: to be clear, I'm trying to bind the scroll up/down part, not pressing it as a button.
