Some troubleshooting steps for you, system file checker probably being the most important:
- Disconnect your GoPro Webcam
- Clear the EA app cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
- In the EA app, click on the game and then Manage, Repair
- Download and install all available Windows Updates
- Run System File Checker to help ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
- Perform a clean boot before starting: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

@Brendoconlxtndo Hello, i see youre bios could be updated:

Also there is some issues with youre logitech software <-- uninstall.
Youre intel uhd graphics is still active <-- disable it in the bios !Test game, continue with steps below if it didnt solve issue
The installed memorey is it compatible with youre CPU ?
Some people needed to deactivate resizable bar in the bios also.Test game, still issues ? Do steps below.
Also do this and update us if it fixed any error:
Press Windows key + 'R' ,typ CMD
Press and hold down CTRL + SHIFT and press ENTER.
When User Account Control shows up, click Yes.
Use the following command lines, pressing Enter after each
(make sure you wait till each of the commands is executed properly):
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

the scans ran fine after i updated bios i disable the intel driver and resizable bar. still crashing ☹️
it just may be 40 series graphic cards.

Now enter this command:
wmic /output:C:\mb_mem_bios_info.txt memorychip list full&wmic /append:C:\mb_mem_bios_info.txt baseboard get product, Manufacturer&wmic /append:C:\mb_mem_bios_info.txt bios get smbiosbiosversion
At youre C: drive there is now a file called mb_mem_bios_info.txt post this file please !!!
