I found a fix for mine, I'm using the latest drivers Adrenalin 25.5.1 I had to enable secure boot in the bios.
I was also getting EA anticheat error, amd driver timeout error and directx driver errors to.
it fixed all my problems and it seems to be working fine now, its been working good for 2 days now, I will report back if I get anymore problems.

seSJack interesting, did it help with stutters though? Or the game is about the same as before the updates?

AC130KZ I was not getting stutters so I'm not sure about stutters, I cap my fps in MSI afterburner my fps flat lines on the graph in game I don't see any stutters.
it seem to fix my problems for now, I had tried everything,
uninstalled drivers in safe mode with DDU, reinstalled driver,
I clear/reset shader cache,
Installed Any Pending Windows Updates,
I Disabled the Multi-Plane Overlay Using the Registry Editor,
I had Change and Set the Power Plan to Best Performance,
I Disabled Fast Startup, windows feature,
it was still crashing after that, I then enable secure boot in the bios and it worked, its not crashed since.- 3 months ago
I guess I need to try that, even though I have a 9070xt, I hope secure boot should be enough to tame the anticheat.
