Game crashed 4 times on Stranded

Hi,

Please take a look at these crash dumps, game crashed 4 times while I was flying a plane only on Stranded.

I uploaded CrashDumps to WeTransfer.

    @ImmutabIe   I see some error you got in dxdiag. Please try this and update us:

    SFC - Windows Health Check

    Press Windows key + 'R' ,typ CMD
    Press and hold down CTRL + SHIFT and press ENTER.
    When User Account Control shows up, click Yes.
    Use the following command lines, pressing Enter after each
    (make sure you wait till each of the commands is executed properly):

    sfc /scannow
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
    Now Reboot system.

    SYSTEM DRIVERS AND CHIPSET UPDATE

    Check the Youtube movie how to install , download and update ALL drivers.

    Open the web browser and enter url: https:\\www.drivereasy.com
    Click at Driver Update Tool in the upper bar and select Download Free Version.
    Click at the green button with the text DOWNLOAD DRIVER EASY NOW.
    When tool is downloaded select the file and run.
    Install Driver Easy Tool.

    Some drivers updates need to reboot your system, reboot system when needed,
    continue using Driver Easy untill 'ALL' drivers are updated.
    This free version allows only 1 download and 1 update at once.
    Reboot your system

    Reinstall/Repair EasyAntiCheat

    Press the Windows key + 'E' to open File Explorer.
    Press ALT key, select Tools > Folder Options > View, then check Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
    Navigate to the following location C:\\Program Files(x86)\EasyAntiCheat\ and delete the files:
    Delete this file C:\\Program Files(x86)\EasyAntiCheat\EasyAntiCheat.sys
    Delete this file C:\\Program Files(x86)\EasyAntiCheat\EasyAntiCheat.exe
    Navigate to C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming
    Delete the folder EasyAntiCheat
    Navigate to C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Temp ,and delete ALL content.

    Now Navigate to the folder of Battlefield 2042\EasyAntiCheat
    Right click the EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe and select RUN AS ADMIN.
    Install / Repair / Update the EasyAntiCheat

    Close File Explorer and reboot system.

    Make sure your run the gameplatform Origin / Steam / EA app / ect ect ect as adminstrator.
    Make sure this gameplatforem is not auto start with windows !
    Right click gameplatform and select RUN AS ADMIN.

    Start game and test.

    So you removed the link. How can developers then take a look at my crash dumps? I just had another on Breakaway once again while flying.

    @ImmutabIe  Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

    @EA_Atic  My game crashed again while while flying a plane. This is the only time when I am having crashes. Last time you didn't do anything about it, I uploaded crash dumps and nobody said anything.

    @Rokebo73 I won't be doing it because it is pointless. If those normal errors you see that can be found on every single computer on the plannet are the cause of this game to fail and don't cause problems with any other software or game on my PC then I'll stop gaming forever.

    Are you EA employee? Can you pass this information to developers or product managers? If not then it is pointless to even reply.

    @Rokebo73 When software crashes it is for developers to take a look at and figure put why in crash dumps. It almost canโ€™t be affected by some normal error found in dxdiag and I know that my computer is working stable.
