Just saw your reply. I don't have a date of a Crash Dump from when this issue occurred. All the crash dump files date back to Dec 3 - Dec 28. This certainly happened 2 weeks ago in January.
I would like to add, this same exact issue occurred once again, but this time was in Conquest of Ages mode while playing Battle of Bulge. However, now new crash dumps from today, or January, are in this folder. Not sure why?
