Game crashes, Direct X Error

So I bought the game yesterday from Steam and now for 2 days I have tried pretty much everything I could find to fix this problem. Every time I try to launch the game it will just crashes directly at...

I got Direct X 12 if thats what you are asking for

    @AXTAGYT To get directx info, do this:
    Right click START button, choose RUN, now typ in DXDIAG
    Tick the box for singature...., then in the middle select SAVE ALL INFORMATION,.
    Now a dxdiag.txt is created, post that file into this forum !
