- @Rokebo73 this is pointless, i know you are trying to help, but you have no power of developmental, my pc is just fine, every ea game has this problem, i've searched the whole youtube and ea forum and this error happens to everyone out of nowhere now and then, i'm just answering to see if this catch and eye of a dev willing to fix this. i'm sorry.
- @Guinishir i assume ya didnt flash bios with new microcode.
this microcode update is need to fix 13th and 14th gen CPU issues (world wide).
Those cpu's are causing system instabiltty, crash and even can/willdamage it in the long term.
If ya dont want to flash bios , then ya can do this also:

ya need to flash or undervolt, else youre system especialy cpu can be damaged and wilt no be stable !

I use the 13900k cpu , also got issues in the past , till ya update the microcode (bios) or undervolt.
If ya dont do anything then ya probarly never able to play bf2042 for example ! - @Rokebo73 no.. i have the f30 the latest version
Introduce microcode 0x12B as the final mitigation of 13/14th Gen desktop processor Vmin Shift Instability issue according to Intel official
i. 0x12B encompasses 0x125 and 0x129 microcode updates, and addresses elevated voltage requests by the processor during idle and/or light activity periods.
ii. microcode 0x129 (August 2024) addresses high voltages requested by the processor.
iii. microcode 0x125 (June 2024) addresses eTVB algorithm issue. @Guinishir The latest flash will enable INTEL DEFAULT SETTINGS in bios.

Its possible that if ya did flash bios, the bios didnt reset after reboot.
This can happen (i have seen more people/systems with this issue).
Then ya need to do a cmos reset, connect 2 pins (jumper) at youre motherboard while power cable is disconnected (check manual)
Please also post product numbers of youre ram that ya got installed at youre system.
How many sticks did ya install? How many Ram is it total ? What brand and typ (product number) ?

So maybe bios did not (full) reset, why i advised him to do a cmos reset.
If he still got directx errors, then maybe its related to.
Memory at system thats not in the QVL (or different batch numbers!),
or not in the correct slots? (maybe faulty ram?)
Damaged/faulty CPU ?
Or the assembling of the cpu cooler isnt done correctly, to loose or maybe to tight screwed down.
Or even maybe CPU PASTE not at whole cpu ?
I hope he will solve his issue!
