Game crashes my Xbox Series X

@ItsMoshie  I assume you are on the latest Xbox update and what version of the game do you have is it digital or physical?

Xbox Series X crashed and completely shut itself off while in the middle of a match. My tv screen flashed green for a spit second and then the console shut down. 

The same exact thing happened twice to my Series X during the beta as well.

I did not have this problem when I played the beta on my Xbox One S (I switched consoles after the second crash because I got worried). 

This has never happened to me with any other game on this console, only BF 2042. Please fix this because it is making me worried to even play it at the risk of bricking my console. 

just happened to me twice within minutes on BF2042. First time it has ever happened on any game in the year i've had the series X. Even have a fan on the system, so i'm not convinced its an overheating situation as some people have reported online. 

4 days.. I've been here for 4 days now in this case and this Forum. And I'll open the topic again. I'll do that Until they Vomit from that.
It's now 4 days for which I paid more money!!!!

4 days in which I could not play. Not a full 20 minutes. 
I've had so far 38 Shutdowns !!!

Nobody at all can tell me that this is a problem of the fan or the heat. I constantly get standard answers from EA....We are investigating it...We are forwarding it... Change socket...the controller....the Tv ( A New Tv ?? Really ????....the cables...update the console....

bla bla..bla....I have a 3000$ Tv here and everything is fine. Everything is up to date..everything has an update. And the console gets enough air because

I clean my apartment here every 2 days and it's noooo Dust in this Area...And no, the console is not hidden.

No other game causes such problems.

No other game crashes like Battlefield 2042 like in the Beta and now in the Full Version. 

Enough is Enough. There are hundreds of reports on the Web that have the problem. I paid money for it... Stop... WE paid Money for the previous access not to be able to play a game. 

I sit here like a damn Idiot and I have to watch YouTube live streams from others because I can't play myself !!!

For that I paid Money !!!! 

Game crashes whenever I try to change the air pilot buttons. Not isolated incident it keeps happening all the time. For now I can't change the settings. 

Everytime I try to launch something from the portal, the game freezes and crashes on the loading screen on Xbox. Why is this?

I'm running the latest patch and it's still shutting down my series x completely or it's crashing me out the game to the Xbox dashboard meaning I lose all my xp
