Platform you play on: Pc
Specific details on the issue you're experiencing (ex: Solo challenge name, any errors received, where it's happening in game): I open the game and it crahes every time and it always appears the same error ¨dxgi error device hung the gpu will not respond to more commands¨
How long it's been happening for: Since I bought the game, more than 2 weeks
What steps you've already tried to fix it: Deleting the game, buying the game again in another platform, installing another version of drivers, running ea app and game in administrator mode.

@pecmeserp Can you clear your cookies/cache I just check and am able to view the attachement?
