@zobizoba1 uninstall driver by APPS via settigs in windows, thats is what nvidia als inform about.
Ya cant just rollback driver by device manager.
Predownload new nivida driver, uninstall old driver settings /apps and reinstall (cutomized , clean install) new driver.
Some times ya need DDU to delete all leftovers from current driver at youre system.
Again pre download driver and ddu, disconnect from internet (or better get in windows safe mode).
Uninstall drivers by settings / apps , then use ddu fro left overs , run ddu a few times to make sure all is realy gone/deleted.
Reboot pc without internet/network connection and now install the "new" gpu driver !!
