Game is consistently crashing every 20-30 mins and is unplayable on my Desktop PC.

Apart from a less smoother experience I don't suffer with crashes on my laptop.
Laptop Specs:
GPU: RTX 2060m
CPU: i7-10750H
RAM:16GB
I think this game isn't catering for the newer generation of graphics cards?
Diagnostics steps:
Uninstalled Origin, rebooted and re-installed Origin.
Uninstalled the game, rebooted and re-installed the game.
Uninstalled graphics driver, rebooted and reinstalled latest driver.
Uninstalled graphics driver, rebooted and reinstalled previous driver version.
Running default clock speeds, tried undervolting but isn't making any noticeable difference?
Tried running the Microsoft "fix .NET tool".
Reinstalled with Windows 10.
Reinstalled with Windows 11.
Still not able to play on my desktop, but can on my laptop on 14 month old hardware, any tips on what else I can try?
No other games are having this issue.
