Game freezing up for a few seconds random, causes huge gameplay issues

Does this happen in any game mode?

How can we find this issue ourselves?

@EA_Illium Any ideas? Seems I'm not the only one. Still can't resolve it. Here's 2 more clips I made that you can clearly see things lock up. This is on ALL LOW settings with about 150fps:

I might have a possible fix.
try to run the hardware and devices troubleshooter in the search bar on windows and see if performance is improved.
